DIGI.SCALE provides fast and precise digital in-line profile weighing and, in conjunction with WEIGHT.MATIC, the profile weight is automatically controlled using preset values. The profile weight and thus the profile costs are considerably reduced. By means of data recording of the DIGI.CONTROL, trends of the profile weight development can also be called up at any time.

A saving of 10 g per metre reduces the amount of material used per 100,000 m by 1,000 kg!

Profile tables

The profile tables are available as

  • sliding table
  • tilting table
  • tilting table with transport belt or transport rollers

in standard lengths for 3 or 6 m profile bars. All variants are available as single or DUAL strand and can be supplemented with customer-specific options.
