The TEC.CAL is the ideal flexible solution for the production of small profiles. With the clamping frame with C-rails and the modular design for lengths from 2.8 to 6.3 m, it can be configured to suit a wide range of requirements. For the vacuum supply, up to 2 vacuum pumps and a cyclone unit for water-air separation are available. With GESS.basic, vacuum control is also available. With a large selection of further options, it is made to fit your application.

CLEAN.MATIC
CLEAN.MATIC automates the cleaning of the dry calibration in production - the amount of scrap and the use of cleaning agents are significantly reduced. With the help of the cleaning intervals and cycle times preset in the line recipe, soft deposits on the dry calibration are removed highly efficiently and effectively.

GESS.BASIC
The perfect retrofit kit.
GESS.basic is the energy-saving system for the TEC.CAL. The vacuum values for the vacuum and cyclone unit of the calibration table are set on the touch display. While the vacuum value is preset in the AUTOMATIC operating mode, the desired speed can be preset in the MANUAL operating mode.
