The DIGI.PUL is available in a wide range of variants with different speeds and pull-off forces. Whether with lever or vertical feed, the digital contact pressure control distributes the contact pressure evenly over the entire contact length on the profile. To meet the different requirements, the DIGI.PUL is available as a belt and caterpillar take-off.

DIGI.CUT

We are cutting better.

The DIGI.CUT ensures clean and precise profile cutting as a cutter or/and saw. With the digital profile clamping, the pressure for the hold-downs is set exactly. All settings for the DIGI.CUT can be saved in the recipe and recalled for the next production.

ANTI-SLIP.SAFETY

In combination with the digital contact pressure control and the pull-off force measurement, a safety factor against slipping of the profile is calculated. The user receives a warning if there is a risk of the profile slipping and can intervene in the process. In addition, this function makes it possible to set the contact pressure to the minimum required, thus protecting the profile and the machine.

Foiling unit

The foiling units are used to apply protective films, adhesive strips, etc. inline onto the extruded profiles. On a RED./DIGI.COM, these units are accommodated in the base frame between the haul-off and the cutting unit to save space.

To meet the requirements, they are available for

  • top/bottom
  • side
  • swivelling foiling

The foiling units are available for foil widths up to 100, 250 and 600 mm. The fine adjustment allows exact placement on the profile.
