From apprentice to general manager
Harald Sadleder started with Exelliq at an early age with an apprenticeship. After 3 years, he set off to the Exelliq site in Shanghai for the first time to train the Chinese tooling technicians. He returned to China a few years later as production manager to become general manager shortly afterwards. The next challenge was already awaiting him in the Czech Republic, where Harald Sadleder became a production technician for Exelliq's subsidiary GPN. 2 years later, he would take on the position as head of production at GPN in Austria. He has been GPN’s general manager since 2019.
