We would like to inform you that the manufacturer of the controlles that are installed in many common extrusion haul-offs has unfortunately discontinued the production and stocking of the installed types. As a result, spare parts will no longer be available in the event of a defect. The affected controllers are DBE140, DBE420 and SP1405/1406.
To ensure your production continues without extended and unplanned downtime, we have developed a retrofit package for a new controller model, the M701!
If you decide to upgrade your pullers to the new generation of controllers now, you will benefit from the following advantages:
- The upgrade can be planned and coordinated according to production demand and utilization.
- For preventive/active maintenance, the functional “old” controller can serve as a spare part for other pullers in your machine park.

Our technicians will be happy to prepare a customized offer for your equipment. Depending on the system and configuration, our list price for the required material for a single-controller system is from € 3,800 (or from € 5,300 for a two-controller system, prices do not include shipping costs). Approx. 2 days on site are required for installation by our technician. Depending on the operating duration and wear, it may also be advisable to replace the entire drive unit, i.e., motors and gears, during the controller upgrade. We are happy to work this out for your machines upon request.
