Post co-extrusion is traditionally applied in the area of windows and doors where gaskets have to be extruded on or into the main profile. The new RED.PCE 3.0 technology combines the best of the previous RED.PCE series and makes the process even more efficient. No direct contact occurs when preheating the welding point, and the optimal production position can be easily adjusted - without geometrical limitations and at a targeted heat input in the carrier profile.

Compared to its predecessors, RED.PCE 3.0 is suitable for all standard PVC compounds and impresses with its simpler configuration mode using indicator markings. The preparation of the welding points ensures reduced energy consumption. Moreover, the surface expansion of the carrier profile ensures that the gaskets adhere better than before. RED.PCE 3.0 will in the future be the standard version for gaskets extruded onto the main profile in the premium segment.
