SOLID.COOLING is an innovative calibration technology from the Exelliq Group. As an optional feature, SOLID.COOLING can be integrated into the RED.TOOLING system to further enhance its performance through highest thermal conductivity which improves the cooling effect.
How does SOLID.COOLING work?
Cooling holes with small cross-sections have been intentionally left out of designated calibrator sections. Contamination or cooling duct blockages are now a thing of the past. Cleaning and maintenance expenditures are reduced. The system is significantly less susceptible to contamination in the water circuit and to variations in water pressure and water temperature. SOLID.COOLING further increases process reliability and at the same time decreases the manual monitoring efforts during production.
